  1. my wager is over 79k usd as i have checked already in the last 10 days alone. @Mary_bcgame and 10 days back on live support carly and alvin had told me the host will be reinstated and contact but as i said nothing is done till now

  4. u can clearly check my overall wager is above 4m comeon bcgames is this how u guys start treating old loyal players the one thing that was clearly the stand out was the lossback available from vip hosts even though it wasnt a lot yet it was something that helped us when we lost big , now u guys remove vip hosts if someone goes inactive for 2-3 weeks due to any reason and even when they come back and do the needfull wager and meet requirements all they get in return is time loss by chasing after live support who are just told to type over the samething if they see some keywords and they hardly helpout in such situations . We start posting in forums our query and here also it seems none from bcgames admin or staff is bothered to help us with whats going on ? what has changed so much ? @Mary_bcgame please solve my situation and @Idas please can you open a different post so that u get ur relevant information there rather than have the host mix up information with mine a humble request to open up a different post rather than continuing here
  5. my uid is 6060355 u have responded to the person who had replied to my post . im the original creator of the post and before u give the same reply as u gave to the person above my deposits and wagering are well above the required eligibility u can go and check it personally as i have manually checked it myself too your host and live support keep telling us the vip services will be reinstated once wager amount hits 50k usd or more within 30 days of removal so once it hits why is the service not reinstated , we all know the service provided by the hosts are the lossback , is this new way for bcgames to just ignore vip players like me who are vip 62 and been loyal here for years and ignore the benefit that host cud provide @Mary_bcgame i would like you to thoroughly check cause i have checked on my side as well my deposits and wagers and any other requirement for eligibility sure is met , past 8 days live support has been telling me that the host will invite you via dm but till today nothing of that sort has happened
  6. so i am level 62 i had vip host althea in month of november i had been inactive due to me suffering from covid when i came back to bcgames in december on 19th december i was messaged by my host that the vip serivce was being removed due to inactivity and will be reinstated once i wager 50000 usd or more i have wagered more than 50000 usd already within 30 days and i have not been reinstated with the host whenever i ask the vip support on live support they just copy paste the same new rules and when i pasted the screenshot of my vip host chat they said i will soon get the message from new host but till today i have not been given any host im attaching the screenshot of my vip host chat which she had messaged on 19th dec 2024 and after that the chat feature is gone from my bcgame ui im urging bcgame to reinstate or instate a new vip host to me. its already been so much time now , the live support have no idea on this matter,hence i am posting here

I dont think u even got my point today samething again has happened with my withdrawal of 30200 inr , on site i got the notification its withdrawn successfully and i have not received anything in bank have verified all details and stuff cause my earlier withdrawal in morning was smooth but again 30200 inir same issue now im scared that my pending withdrawal might face the same issue : for the 25000 inr withdrawal its been 11 days and nothing has been done still nothing received and now a new withdrawal same issue have verified with my bankk countless times nothing has been received bcgames pleaes helpp
  8. have already shown them the bank statements and everything they said only one withdrawal has been received and they are looking to resolve the issue this was told 7 days back but they have not sent it yet as they have acknowledged that back the reason they gave that the other withdrawal was showing success because both withdrawals done were wiithin few seconds of each other and were of the same amount hence system marked both as sent

  10. first of all i apologise for having to post this query in this section as i dont know where i can ask for a resolution 7 days ago i had done two withdrawals of 25000 inr each and i had received one of the withdrawal of inr 25000 in 2-3 hrs but i never received the other 25000 inr in my bank account (even though on the transacton page it showed both the withdrawals as successful) i raised the query to bcgame support and i was told by the support to wait for 24 hrs as it can take that much time) then the wait game began 24 hrs passed i never received the withdrawal i checked with my bank they affirmed that only one of the 25000 inr was received the other wasnt, i immediately contacted support again this time they said to wait for another 2 days as the withdrawal based system might take 72 hrs and then it gets resolved 3 days gone the withdrawal was still not received i contacted my vip host and support again this time daphne raised a ticket for the withdrawal and said that the matter will be looked into back end team and will maximum take 7 days ( 123713 and 123697 these two tickets were raised by daphne from support 7 days back) dont know whch one was the 25000 inr wthdrawal ticket , since then its been 7 days now i have not received the withdrawal every time i ask support they dont give proper answer they just say that ticket is escalated and since past 2 days they hardly even reply im attaching below the order id screenshot of the withdrawals please help me out i have already provided bank statement to support please help almost 7 days now
